2. Membership
Membership due by 31st Jan 2011
o Membership = Membership fee (depends on membership category) + bar swipe(€50)
· Note if membership + bar swipe are not paid.
o Car Parking Permit 2010 will no longer be valid after the 6thFebruary 2011.
o Bar Swipe will no longer be valid after the 6thFebruary 2011.

Payat the bar:
· Give membership money &swipe card to bar staff.
· Receipt will be issued for the membership money.
· Leave €50 bar swipe fee with barstaff in envelope & a written receipt will be issued.
· Bar money will be credited within 48 hours.
· This can be done with cash,cheque or laser / credit card.
Leave money in envelope in bar:
· Leave money & details in an envelope with bar staff.
· Membership and bar fee will be processed within 48 hours.
Send by post:
· Please do not send cash.
· Mark for the attention of Caroline Duggan or General Manager.
· Membership and bar fee will be processed on day of receipt.
Call in person to the club:
· Call into the office beside the snooker room.
· Membership & bar swipe fee will be processed on the spot.
Please call in advance to ensure Caroline will be in the office.

3. EGM Notice
EGM will be held on the 2nd February 2011. Notification will be posted as per constitution rules. If you don't recieve notice and copy of constitution please contact Caroline and she will arrange for another copy to be emailed or left it in the bar collection.
